Major Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for tooling/equipment run off/debug/installation

2. Lead process problem solving and root cause analysis

3. Execute CPI assignment on time

4. Optimize machining process to meet cycletime, FTQ and changeover goals

5. Implement process CIP for cost reduction

6. Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFD, PFMEA and WI etc

Major Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in some form of engineering required

2. 5 Yrs minimum experience in a manufacturing environment

3. Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

3. Familiar with Fanuc, Siemens CNC system

4. Familiar with Auto CAD and UG

5. Familiar with machining tooling design and machining process, such as machining center, surface grinder, special grinder
