Responsibilities:
1. To effectively manage new projects from customer concept to manufacturing thru APQP process
2. Ensuring the program quality, cost and delivery meet and exceed customer requirements
3. Continuously develop the project team to advance company efficiency and technology profile
4. Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers to facilitate the successful accomplishment of business objectives
5. Plan and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering background
2. Above 10 years work experience in manufacturing company; at least 3 years' program management experience in box build field
3. Good understanding of NPI process and manufacturing process
4. Good knowledge of quality systems and quality tools
5. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills
6. Good command of English and PC skills
